Help With Echolink

Recommended Posts

Fellow Hams, I am trying to get my Echolink software running, but I cant connect to anybody. I have reconfigured my router, my DSL modem, and my firewall, basically everything that is on the Echolink support page. Is there something that I am missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I dont know if you are still on, but I just tried and it failed. I just tried the echolink troubleshooter and it says my UDP receive is failing. I even called Bellsouth(ISP), and Linksys to verify that I have opened the ports. There has to be something missing, I just dont know.

Well, I'll be darn, finally figured it out. The technician from Bellsouth forgot to inform me of one IP address I had to put in. PROBLEM SOLVED!!!

And this is why I work on radios and not computers.
