BackCountry Navigator for Pocket PC now has a beta available for version 2.0. They are looking for adventuresome users. The software uses GPX files for geocaching and uses free topo and aerial maps in the United States. If you have Pocket PC 2003 or above, it is something you can try out. If it doesn't do everything you want, you may be able to influence the new features.
