+Spoon!
I'm currently working on a small-scale CITO near Wilkes-Barre, PA. I was hoping to have it approved this week, but I'm currently on hold with the local government as they are preoccupied with the local flooding! This will likely be a half-day of caching/CITOing, a get-together for lunch and story-swapping. I'll post the link as soon as it gets published! Quote Link to comment

+MissJenn
So, how do you think the recent severe flooding has affected this area? Would the flood waters have cleaned all the river banks? Or dirtied it up even more? Quote Link to comment
+Spoon!
Well, the area was closed yesterday due to the flooding, and most likely still is! There very well may be more natural debris thanks to the excessive run-off over the past week. The human-generated litter may have been swept downstream, but I'm sure we will find it (and new deposits, unfortunately) on July 29. This area sees a lot of activity from people coming from near and far to swim during the hot Summer months - not all use the supplied barrels and dumpster for their picnic leftovers.
