+Thrak
Playing with my new 76CSx I found that the waypoint names have been increased to 14 characters. I set GSAK to send smart names of 14 characters. Very nice change! Quote Link to comment

+2LabCrew
Yup....60csx too..... Quote Link to comment
robertlipe
All the X models support 14. GPSBabel knows this and supports it on those units. (I agree that lengthening it is welcome.) Quote Link to comment
+weakfish
Works on my 60cx! I love it!!!!!! Quote Link to comment
+pdxmarathonman
I had to change GSAK to only send 14 characters now that I use my 60CSx rather than the GPS V which could handle 16 characters Quote Link to comment
+MAG315
I don't understand what the big deal is. Quote Link to comment
+pdxmarathonman
Mag315 - That looks like about 20 characters. Or can you scroll right somehow? Shouldn't the GPS label on the top say GP$ Quote Link to comment
+MAG315
If you hit the right arrow key, it scrolls to reveal the entire cache name also shows difficulty ratings as well . As far as the GP$ thing, this unit was $323.00 including the Mapcreate software. Pretty sweet deal. Edited June 29, 2006 by MAG315 Quote Link to comment
