Japanese Geocacher Help Request 2

I am planning a series of Travel Bugs to be dropped into caches in Japan.

 

If I am unable to drop into caches, I am looking for a Japanese Geocacher who would be willing to drop the travel bugs for me.

 

I would be willing to exchange service by dropping a Japanese travel bug into a Canadian cache

 

Anyone who could help would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
