The system gave me a cryptic error message, but then I was able to correct the problem. However, now all I get when I try to view my TB's homepage is the cryptic error message page with no option to fix the problem. Help Support It sounds like your latitude wasn't corrected when you fixed it. If you can't do whatever you did before to fix the longitude, then they likely can (worst case scenario, they can "re-set" your bug with and you reactivate it.
