+Darchiel
Hehe... I've got the geo-horses, do they count? We've just started but they're having fun so far! Geo-colt Legacy has already helped my plant my first cache, and keep a sharp eye out for anyone who comes near it (well as long as it isn't dinner time!) Geo-mare Ruby has been helping me find some fun mountain-top spots to place our next few caches - not to bad a trip on horseback, but I'll bet they'll be hell on two feet. +TEAM DOW
Hi! I am Dooley the Kerry Blue Terrier and a member of Team Dow (Indy). I do not yet have my own account, because for the first 2 years of my life I got violently carsick and could only find caches within 10 minutes of my house. (Sad, I know.) However, I am 3 now and have outgrown most of that baby stuff and will be hitting the trails with the rest of my team more often. Looking forward to meeting other Geo-dogs on the trails! hide & seekers
Thanks to all of you who sent support and advice when I mentioned my 12-yr old girl Zoe-dog is having some hip problems! We had our vet visit yesterday, and he almost didn't catch the change in her gait. When he started to exam her though, he realized that every time he tried to move her hip and leg back, she resisted him and tried to pull her leg back. He strongly suspects that she does have some arthitis in one hip and maybe one shoulder too. The good news is he's confident she does not have the degenerative nerve disorder he says shepherds sometime get late in life. For now she is on a regimen of prescription pain killers/anti-inflamatories and glucosamine. After her two weeks of pain killers, we may be able to reduce that to a buffered asprin. I feel pretty confident now that she'll keep moving for quite a while yet. By the way, I asked her again if she wanted her own GC account, but she still says no. She says she's not a numbers hound and it's all about going for a ride in the car and going for a nice walk -- finding a cache is a bonus! Quote Link to comment
+Riddlers
Our puppy Cache, has been to GW4 and has cached with us since he was 3 weeks old. He is now 7 months old and wouldn't think of letting us go without him. Our son made our avitar using Cache's picture. Cache met many other geocaching dogs while in Texas. Maybe for his first birthday he will get his own account. Quote Link to comment

Tahosa and Sons
Last November I had a geo dog make a bogus find on one of my back country caches. He was barking up the wrong tree, no smiley for that miserable cur. Quote Link to comment

Earthdog Patrick
I'm looking to meet Canine Cachers who have their own Geocaching Accounts, like Bulli The Wonder Dog, who has thousands of finds. I'd specifically like to find Doxies and Terriers, but I'm not prejudiced. If you post here, I can look at your profile page. I only just hit 300 finds but I'd like to know where I stand in the Geo-Dog world. I know some of you have great stories to tell about caching with your humans... Com'on guys! ante up! +Team Golden
Use to do quite a bit of caching with my first golden retriever until he lost his life to cancer this past spring. Now we are working with the new golden retriever. He's done a few caches so far but we are doing the easy ones with him to get him use to the idea. Quote Link to comment
+Worf's Pack
I messed up my reply. I thought it would fall under my dogs cache name. Sir barksalot. which after yesterdays 400+ mile road trip might get changed to Sir pukesabunch Quote Link to comment

+GeoHuntin' Jake
Browsing through the forums this morning (hard to do, without opposable thumbs!) when I came across this old but interesting thread. Thought I'd throw my name into the hat. When brother Tim wakes up (from one of his many naps) I'll tell him to throw his in, too. Great pics, by the way! Quote Link to comment
