Try typing in France as a search term and then narrow it down by region and then area.

Go here: http://www.getty.edu/research/conducting_r...cabularies/tgn/

Put the city/town name into the 'find name' field. In the returned results, find your destination and click on it.

Select the 'inhabited place' name from the list and there you will find the coords which you can then use for a search start point. Repeat for the rest of your itinerary. Have a wonderful trip.

 

And as a free bonus, you don't need to know how to speak French. lol

Do you speak french? I found this , although my french is a bit rusty.

The Search on "Rechercher par département" when I select Mayenne gave me no selections though..

Go figure ...when I searched Paris, I also found nothing. perhaps there is a problem with the search engine? I'll keep looking.

Using Google earth I found several caches within 60-70 KM of Mayenne, France

Then click on map on right hand side of the new page which pulls up a map of all caches within france
