It will be shipped in the original box, and includes the manual, quick start guide, lanyard, USB cable, and the trip and waypoint manager CD (i.e., all of the contents of a new one). I am also including the Garmin bicycle mount, which is about $20 if you buy it new and have it shipped. I can e-mail a picture.
