It has been my intention (and practice with a few exceptions ) to send them attached to the packing slip. I now see that some people did not receive them and for that I apologize. In the rush to mail them out, I neglected to do what I intended. To the few who did not receive activation codes, please send me an e-mail and I will send them to you.
