H to the Bizzle! Posted June 9, 2006 Share Posted June 9, 2006 Hi All. I recently was helping a "new-to-the-coin-game" caching friend activate her first coin. She couldn't activate it because she kept mis-reading the tracking number until eventually we found out the correct number. In trying to find the correct number, I replaced a number and a letter that easily look alike.. trying out different #s on the activation page. I didn't realize there was a problem until this morning when I saw in my inventory there was a "travel bug tag", I clicked on it and it was the coin that I was trying to find the activation code for! The thing is, I never clicked "Activate Travel Bug", just typed in the number in the Travel Bug # slot, not activation slot. Should I just fully activate it and then adopt it out to the rightful owner? Thanks! Quote Link to comment
