Searching For Some Activation Codes

I've been searching for someplace to retrieve the following activation codes, but so far without luck. Can anybody help me in my search for the activation codes for:

 

Tulsa Area Geocachers

North Carolina

Delaware

Sheridan County

Most concerning is Delaware since it was "On the Sleeve" but not on my sleeve ...

Thanks for the help in locating the Delaware activation code. Now I'm down to Tulsa Area Geocachers and Sheridan Co. John Deere/Wizard of Oz.

Not sure about the "Tulsa Area Geocachers" geocoin. I don't have that one. So, I will be researching it now to see if they are still available somewhere. If you have a link for where to buy them still, please let me know.
