Do bookmarks like the Fake Finds Bookmark help or hurt?

This bookmark exposes cache owners that are allowing others to increase their find count by other than honest means. This bookmark may shame some of these owners in to changing their ways. However, this bookmark can also act as way for caches, that don't care about the numbers, to easily locate caches where the owners allow caches to log multiple finds.

The bookmark list is accurate to its own description and it shines light in dark areas where people would rather not be seen. I found it useful, as I would have never had known how widespread these practices are.

Bookmarks are just a way to intelligently organize watchfiles. As a matter of fact they are tools just like guns and all good or evil is in the hands of the person brandishing that tool.

As well , most bookmark files are based on personal opinion and should be viewed as such. For example my favorite caches or the hardest caches I have completed these types of lists are based on someone's personal opinion and bias and should be weighed when reading them as such.
