freeday
Hi! I want to add an img (30 MB) to an existing gmapsupp.img (700 MB Size) sendmap20 does not support this feature at this time. I tried to upload additional maps to my garmin gpsmap 60 csx with mapupload. With build 3 it should work. On my computer it does not work. Is there anybody who can upload an additional img to an existing gmapsupp (>700MB)? My error message: An unknown error occured. Try to decrease transfer speed if you use serial port connection. I am using gpsmap 60 csx with usb-connection MAPupload-support tells me: no problem it works. http://www.mapwel.biz/down.htm EDIT: I tried it one more time with a 500MB-Card 262 MB used 220 MB free Wanted to add 32 MB. emariu
I think I read in the documentation that you can add an .img to the existing ones...BUT only if the .img are NOT locked by serial (like Mapsource comercial maps).. Anyway thanks for the link..the program it's very usefull...and nice...What a pitty that I have no money for the full version of Mapwel 2006..it would be usefull to me.. Quote Link to comment
