+treasure_hunter
Im sure someone has probably suggested Tunnels as a Waymark! I know that Tunnels are not very rare and can be found nearly everywhere! I think that if a Tunnels Waymark were added it would nead to have specific requirements, ex. A minimum length, or exceptions for the location (underwater) or other spectacular thing! Please give me your input about this waymark, I think it would be a great category to add! Link to comment
+Crystal Sound
I'm the Chief Officer of the management group for the Abandoned Train Tunnels category. Although I dont include other kinds of tunnels (automobile, ventilation, etc.) - I will allow about any tunnel that had tracks running through it. An overall tunnels category might not be a bad idea though. Link to comment

+Team Sieni
Tunnels, by their nature, tend to be long. So what location would you log? You might want to make the category "tunnel entrances" or "tunnel portals" Just a thought. Link to comment
+Team Sieni
Oh, and another thing ... there's also a category called Artificial Cave Entrances that may (or may not) overlap somewhat. http://www.Waymarking.com/cat/details.aspx...bc-c0a56da8de5a Artificial Cave Entrances (Detailed Description): Caves that were built with manpower.(or natural caves that were converted) to use for things like: Store material, protection and production during a war, old mines, secret tunnels, etc. Link to comment
ggmorton
You might want to keep the length requirement as a variable. This tunnel is only 46 ft, 6 in. Kinda short if you ask me. See Little Tunnel and Little Tunnel Rebuilt. Link to comment
