toddm Posted May 11, 2006 Share Posted May 11, 2006 Is there a simple (read free) way to convert a garmin mapsource route to a track? I could find tons of info on going the other way but very little and nothing that worked for me to go from a route/waypoints to a track. I don't mind having several routes, but the part I don't like is having 1000 waypoints to go with them. Thanks in advance. Quote Link to comment

+Olar Posted May 11, 2006 Share Posted May 11, 2006 If total accuracy is not an issue and you have a steady hand on the mouse you can display your route on Mapsource and then use the track draw tool to trace the route and create your track.
