+GlobalRat Posted May 8, 2006 Posted May 8, 2006 A friend has got one. You can create a waypoint and navigate to it, so should work. Quote
+Team_Tramper Posted May 16, 2006 Author Posted May 16, 2006 Well it eventually arrived If you havent experienced SirfStarIII chipsets then you really need to. This little thing gives me a GPS accuracy of 7m inside my study and its about 2 meters from the window. It even has geocaching waypoints installed. You can upload 100 waypoints only unfortunately but editing is a breeze with the software. Its actually made (for those that dont know) as a multisport GPS watch and tells you everything a normal GPS would tell you ie. sunrise, sunset, speed, time, date etc but also has gradients, lap times, stopwatch, heart rate monitor, and a multitude of zones. It has a lithium ion reachargable battery with about ten hours normal use. Has AC charger but can also be charged from USB port on PC/laptop. I believe you can also get a 12 volt vehicle charger as well. A great unit for geocaching fitness fanatics Quote
