Puppyluver
When I remove my Palm M500 from its cradle, it is quite difficult. I need to sort of pull it forward and up and out. It is really snapped in and it makes a loud sort of snap as it releases. So far, it has not done any harm, but I don't like the sound of it being forced off the cradle. Any I doing it incorrectly? +Chaos Team
most cradles have a rock in motion. Tilt forward and set on prongs then snap back. sounds like you are doing it right Quote Link to comment
Puppyluver
Putting it in the cradle is smooth and easy. what I am asking about is taking it off the cradle, I am rocking it forward and pulling it up. There is a lot of resistance and a loud snap when it releases. Just does not sound good? Quote Link to comment
+IBcrashen
Mine has been coming out like that for years with no harm. If you look at the cradle you will see 2 spring tabs. Even if they broke I think it would still work. Quote Link to comment
Puppyluver
Ok. Thank you. I did try it in someone else cradle and it does come out of that one easier, but with the same sort of motion, just a quieter separation click.. Quote Link to comment
