In searching for infomation on caches we might find there, we found some information that posessing a GPSr in Russia (if not a Russian citizen) is illegal and can result in confiscation and being jailed. Does anyone out there have any information on this? Have any of you geocached in Russia? It does appear that geocaching of some type is being conducted over there, and there are a handful of caches in Russia posted on geocaching.com last time I checked. Best, Mr. Wisearse.
