+Moo and Wug Smith
Even though I have purged my page and my mail of my queries, everytime I download a new one to GSAK I download zillion lold ones with the new. I have done a "search files and folders" on my computer and can't find them hiding. How do I get rid of all of the old queries so I only load my new query? Thanks Link to comment
+The Jester
Are you saving the files to disk before loading GSAK? Check that folder. Are you saving them as GPX or ZIP files? Search for both. Are you using the Get Data via E-Mail? Check you inbox on your e-mail server (not your computer, the server). Link to comment

They are not on my server (Comcast) as I purge that location about every other day. They are buired in a temp document file that every time I copy/paste that file in the search file blank it never seems to find them yet that is where the gpx file is supposedly located. I know it is in my computer somewhere! Link to comment
+webscouter.
When you load the new GPX in select the Clear database before loading on the left side of the page near the middle. Link to comment

+Miragee
What email client do you use? If the file comes in from a Yahoo! account, for example, you are gven the choice of where to save the file. If you use an email client like Eudora, there is an "attach" folder and that is where the attachments go. In GSAK you can navigate to the folder where the files are saved and choose to download "file/s" from a folder, or an entire folder full of files. It sounds like GSAK is loading an entire folder of files. I wouldn't clear your database because each PQ updates the cache data and you get more logs with each PQ. Sometimes it is the sixth, or eighth, "Past Log" that helps you find the cache. Here is a little rudimentary GSAK tutorial. Link to comment
