+The Hokesters
TB, Jeep & Tracking Numbers - database of all coin, jeep and TB tracking numbers!!!! A great idea if you pass a TB or whatever on without recording it's number but surely this would allow people to log TB's, etc. that they have never had!!! Oh well - I suppose it is just a moralistic choice whether you use it or not. The Hokesters... Quote Link to comment
+slimey
I just had a look at this, and was surprised to find the tracking codes for coins that I'd bought but hadn't logged yet. It must have some sort of connection into the geocaching.com systems that track who owns what TBs (presumably the one they use to know if it's ok to reissue the activation codes to people). Very impressive, but I'm sure TPTB will shut it down as soon as they realise it's publicly known about. S Quote Link to comment
+Simply Paul
I'm disgusted that such a thing should be allowed. It makes a mockery of everything tracking numbers stand for. I can't begin to imagine the motivation of whoever set this up. It's well beyond the pail. Yours, Disgusted of Tunbridge Wells. Quote Link to comment
+steviep
I've sent GC.com an e-mail of complaint, I thought the tracking numbers and activation codes were secure, this could lead to trouble. Quote Link to comment
Godzilla the cache guardian
This site is unethical, and should not be allowed. The idea of allowing our tb number to be accessed without a find is against all rules of travel bugging. Quote Link to comment

+Nellies Knackers
I may not be a geo-coin fanatic but this site needs removing, I was horrified to see my own codes listed! If any of my bugs get fake logs they'll be deleted! Quote Link to comment

+KiwiGary
I think the site is great, no more running out in the early morning to pick up Geocoins and jeeps. Just search and then log the item, what a great idea. Now if only we had a database of all the puzzle caches in the world with final co-ordiantes See ya...Gary Quote Link to comment

Now if only we had a database of all the puzzle caches in the world with final co-ordiantes biggrin.gif See ya...Gary Funny you should say that...there was a post in these forums yesterday in which somebody said that they received a PQ from gc.com that contained a whole bunch of coordinates for final stages of multi and puzzle caches...that in combination with the site referenced in this thread make me wonder about the security of the gc.com servers, and our information being kept watch over by gc.com (given the frequent state of disorder in the service recently). +purple_pineapple
This site is just what I needed. Having dropped off boardsliders mini TB without noting the TB number, it was the work of a moment to look it up and correct the log entries. And considering all the White Jeeps in this country spend all their time in Stuey's hands I may have to log a few of them. As ever, our mods have my support. Quote Link to comment
