+The Blue Quasar
When I was creating the proposal for Canadian National Historic Sites it asked me for Single Name and Plural Name. What are these? What are they for? I clicked the little ? icon but it didn't really tell me what to do with it. I can't even remember what I put (I think I said SITE / SITES) Even looked for examples on existing Waymark Categories... couldn't see 'em Can anyone explain what should go there and why? Jeremy
Looking at the newest category, Massachusetts Historic Markers, the singular is: Massachusetts Historic Marker and the plural is Massachusetts Historic Markers The idea is that when it says "You have 12 Massachusetts Historic Markers" it can also say "You have 1 Massachusetts Historic Marker." It's just an easy way for the site not to sound stupid in sentences. After the peer review I expect Groundspeak will tweak these before making them live for you. We do the same thing on Geocaching.com for singular and plural cache types. Jeremy Link to comment
