Where To Buy Micros

I've seen many of these types of micros in my area and I was interested in buying some so I could start setting up some caches of my own. I have found some on eBay but they seem to go for around $2 a piece. I was wondering if anyone knows where they originate that I might be able to get them at some type of a discount (perhaps if I order in bulk?). Please reply here and let me know the best place to pick them up.

Several of the on-line stores aimed at geocaching supplies have several kinds of alum micros.

They aren't that cheap, but you can find them near the pharmacy counters at walgreen, wal-mart, CVS, etc.

I've actually just found a dealer on eBay I might be able to buy from in bulk. I wonder what the demand would be around here for cheaper ones? Say 1.50 each with like 50 cents shipping for each 5 or so? Maybe i'll have to order more from him.

Check out eBay. Type "Geocache" or a variation of the word and hit Search. About 500 items right now, a lot of them are containers of all shapes and sizes...

$1 each for small threaded containers alumimum or steel with "o" ring. The "o" rings fail in roughly one year in the wild is my experience. I was able to buy more "o" rings to fit locally. ((Ammo cans are vastly easier to own over time, they have a very low failure rate. Cheaper too, with the lack of need to drive out to whereever and check them.))
