+Slammer180
I see folks listing versions of the 2006 USA coins. What's different about them? How can I tell which ones I have? Quote Link to comment

+The Fraher Family
Go to "Geocoin Collection". Type in "USA Geocoin" It will show all and any USA Geocoins w/ photos to show the difference. Quote Link to comment

The easiest way to tell is by the numbering. The 1a version was the last to use numerical numbering. The 1b has alphanumeric numbering starting with USxxxx. The two different coins have their pictures up on the USA Geocoins website. Quote Link to comment

+Team Laxson
Can someone post images here of both versions? I tried the link above and saw the 1a version, which is also what's displayed on the usageocoin page. The 1b image is missing. I think I have 4 of the 1a's, 3 activated and one unactivated yet. If I understand correctly, this is 2006 1a: Quote Link to comment
