+Kealia
From the makers of the GBA Fault Line coin and more specifically the GBA Microchip coin, comes..... The GBA (Geocachers of the Bay Area) Spring Coin Club Coin: Obviously this coin is not for sale (as it's non-gc trackable) but I wanted to announce it here so folks knew what it was when it started showing up on trade lists. Specs: 1.5 inch diameter non-numbered non-trackable 300 made Sold to members of the GBA Coin Club only (already done) but available for your trading pleasure in about 3 weeks! Since there is a trading thread pinned, let's not use this thread for trading requests. Let's keep this thread to: - Discussions about the design - Angst about it being non-trackable - Griping because they were sold exclusively to members of the GBA - Speculation about when the first one will hit eBay - How official the coin is - Etc Did I get them all? All kidding aside, I hope you like them and will be trading for them soon. Quote Link to comment
+AtlantaGal
Those are nice. Good to know what I traded for Quote Link to comment
+Kealia
Trading sight unseen, eh? You either have faith in the upcoming design or are just really sick! Quote Link to comment

It's a little bit of both Hey, at least it's a trade and not buying sight unseen. There may be hope for me yet. In all seriousness, after the last one, I knew it would be another pretty one. +nielsenc
Looking forward to getting mine . Wanna trade coins Nielsenc?? Sure! But I dont think they want this to be a trading thread . To bring this back, the artwork shows 42mm whereas 1.5" is 38mm. nielsenc Quote Link to comment
+Marky
I don't really consider these as being sold to the GBA coin club members. I consider it as being paid for by the coin club members. --Marky - K6FTF Quote Link to comment
+Crowesfeat30
Oh! That is a pretty coin! An e-mail to you is on my to-do list now... CF30 Quote Link to comment
+budd-rdc
It's going to be wildflower season around here very soon (despite the storms we are getting lately) so this is good timing. In case anyone cared, there is a bit of "kealia bias" to the design, as he lives closer to the famous Natural Bridges State Beach (Monarch Butterflies) than many of us GBA members. +mfc, the storyteller
Poppies are out in force this weekend and looking awesome, I'll have some spares to trade Poppies are the state flower, and collecting wild flowers is against the law - you better make sure to pick them on private property! Luckily, I planted some 10 years ago, and now have a boatload in the yard! Quote Link to comment
+Kealia
Barring any shipping issues, these coins should be my hands by the 21st and in the GBA members' hands shortly thereafter. Those of you who have set up trades for these can start bugging people for your coins later next week! Quote Link to comment
