..and I almost forgot to mention that WGS84 refers to the datum and not the way the location it is written. The mathematics to covert a datum is a little more complex*.

 

* This is a significant understatement.

Mathematically round the value to get degrees and multiple the remainder by 60 to get the number of minutes. Repeat with the minutes value to get the number of seconds.

As alistair_uk says for converting decimal degrees to degrees-minutes-seconds.

 

To convert from degrees etc. to OSGB / BNG, or vice versa, I use my GPSr, or nearby
