Scooter Bill
Have you ever found a cache purely on your own sixth sense, sans GPSr, sans coords, sans any knowledge of the area, save your own sense of a good hide? Quote Link to comment
Snoogans
I spotted Laughlin High Roller from the car as I was dropping my Mom off at the Colorado Belle. I knew there was a cache there, but I wasn't looking for it. It wasn't at all obvious either... Quote Link to comment
New England n00b
I have no sixth sense. I need all the GPSr help I can get. Quote Link to comment

Red Eye Rebels
Sometimes mine has scared me, on some I have spotted without knowing they were there at all, and on others where the coords are off a 200-500feet, but they just happen to show up in your hand. One of those moments where you grab a seat and shake your head, and eventually laugh. Quote Link to comment
Tonylama
My 8 year old daughter (Beauty_mark) has an amazing sense for cache locations. She likes to be the one to carry the GPSr until about 100' - then she hands off to me and she heads to where she thinks GZ is - more times than not she is dead on. Quote Link to comment
One of the Texas Vikings
"I see dead ammo boxes !" My sixth sense doesn't help much. I use cunning, gile, experience, and dumb luck... Mostly the latter. Quote Link to comment
Airmapper
No sixth sense has developed for caches yet, but I've seen some sparks that it might. The last cache I did was offset, and the first place I wanted to go was the actual cache site, but I followed the coords instead, until I read the description and it hit me. I have a pretty good nose for Benchmarks, I've spotted several from the road at 50mph. (Didn't have time to stop and see what it was stamped though.) Quote Link to comment
MTGeoPirates
For urban micros my/our sixth sense is extremely lacking. We've been right on top of them and not been able to figure them out. But for regular caches, we're not too bad. One of the last ones we hit, after the kids and I wandered around the brush at GZ for 5 minutes, mama pirate pipes up and says "It's right up there, I spotted the UPR from down at the road." I think she just enjoyed laughing at us as we danced around the prickly pear. Quote Link to comment
StarBrand
Found one last night about 155 feet from the coordinates - gave up and was going back when I spotted a skunk near my car. Decided to leave it be and so went looking again for a good hidey hole spot - found the cache there. Quote Link to comment
