+briansnat
No. It is a receiver, not a transmitter. Moving to the appropriate forum Quote Link to comment
+JohnTee
With my computer? Can I tell where it currently is on my home pc? Not the Legend. It's a receiver only. Now, if you want to be able to track your teen/wife/husband . . . Check out this thread on Bluetooth Units for PDA's DeLorme Blue Logger Now, you may wonder why I'm pointing you at a link for Bluetoothing with PDA's . . . but check out the info on the DeLorme Logger and associated links . . . if that was the kind of thing you were interested in. +Blaidd-Drwg
But if what you're asking is 'Can you use your Legend connected to a computer (laptop) to display your location, then yes, provided you have some kind of mapping software loaded on the laptop. Quote Link to comment
+StarBrand
Real time - no but after the fact yes - sort of. Put a GPS in a tenagers back window and then download the track when they get home - you know when and where the car went. Assuming they don't find it and manipulate things. Quote Link to comment
