+Pengy&Tigger
Discombobulate means to disturb, upset, disconcert or embarrass. The earliest recorded usage is in New York in 1834. The experts think that it’s a nonsense word, cobbled together out of bits and pieces simply for fun. So I think it must be a Discombobulation of Cachers. Pengy Quote Link to comment
+John Stead
cobbled together out of bits and pieces simply for fun.[/i] Discombobulation of Cachers. Sounds a good description of Geocaching or Geocachers. It would abbreviate to DC as well. Quote Link to comment

+Haggis Hunter
It must be a gaggle, must it not? When the concept of the Scottish Geocachers Days Out came about, and I submitted the first event, I got a nasty private email from someone, saying that it was pointless having such an event, as it was just like having a 'Gaggle' of Geocachers walking together, and this was the reason that this person would never turn up to one of those events. Thankfully (despite saying that he would turn up to 2 of them), he has actually been true to his word. He has also been extremely wrong, 8 events and they just keep getting better. alistair_uk
I had 200 posts and 200 finds earlier in the week. All I needed to do was place another 187 caches and I would have been 200 across the board. What about an inquisition of Geocachers? Also what is a collective known for explorers? Would that help?
