+mr. obnoxious Posted January 17, 2006 Share Posted January 17, 2006 I ordered the new Garmin 60csx thru MEGAGPS.COM for the price of $409.99 which is a great price. MEGAGPS.COM then cancled my order and raised the price to $499.99 I called to question and they advised me that it was there intention to sell the units at $409.99 however it violated there agreement with garmin and said that they cannot sell the unit at the original price of $409.99 even thou it was on the website for over a week. I spoke with Greg Henderson who claims to be the owner of MEGAGPS.com and said there is nothing he could do about it that his hands are tied and if you want the 60csx you would have to pay the $499.99 even thou when I ordered it the price was $409.99. I feel that it is a poor business decisionand that fellow geocachers should be aware and not purchase any items from MEGAGPS.com. Link to comment
