South_Cache
I was a geocacher long ago (three years). My VW club is interested in geocaching but I can't use my old account. I have updated my profile with the correct email address but no response from Groundspeak. I would surely hate to start over again. Thanks, Gary gary.scurlock@kaferweb.com Quote Link to comment
+The Leprechauns
You are a fine person. You have made an excellent choice to renew your involvement in geocaching. Everyone admires the good work you do on behalf of your VW club. If you require any further validation, let us know. Seriously, Groundspeak won't see your question here. The best thing to do would be to write them at contact@ geocaching.com, so that a Groundspeak Lackey can investigate your account status, let you know whether a confirmation message was sent, etc. Often, messages from a Groundspeak mail bot will get trapped in spam filters, etc. Quote Link to comment

I see Jeremy in these forums quite often, so I beg to differ.... Granted, what you describe is certainly a better way to get a faster and guaranteed response. Quote Link to comment
