+Happy Humphrey Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 the other was extremely close to another cache of mine, and it wasn't logged I've done that type of thing several times - I hope it doesn't lead to my logs being deleted! There are many reasons why you might log one but not both of two adjacent caches. HH Quote
+G Force Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 They must be reading this forum as they logged one of mine today and wrote a bit more saying they even swapped items. Next time I go up for a maintenance visit I'll check the logbook to see if it was signed. But as has been said before if that's how they get their enjoyment who am I to spoil their fun as they are not spoiling the game for me. Quote

+Haggis Hunter Posted January 14, 2006 Posted January 14, 2006 What a sad pitifull life this person (Sock Puppet) must have, leaving it for a few days, then logging several over a range of dates. He/she must be thinking that it is annoying, where as it's more amusing knowing the time that must be wasted logging all those caches. A cache of mine was logged today, dated last month. I'm going out that way very soon, I'll be checking the log. Quote
+Alice Band Posted January 15, 2006 Posted January 15, 2006 This happened to me last week. A 'newbie' logged: Couldnt find the cache, probably gone. I'm logging it as a find anyway. The cache is very easy, a quick find and still there. I deleted the log and e-mailed him to remind him how the rules work. Never heard anything back. Quote
alistair_uk Posted January 15, 2006 Posted January 15, 2006 I think one of the best log was “Took a pencil, left another pencil”. Quote
