+Sensei TSKC
For those of you that know me, you will be aware of two things; 1. I am a karate Instructor and 2. I have acquired a "Geocaching" (Karate) belt I wear this belt when caching as a good luck item. Along with this I do have my favourite caching trousers which are green combat type without the camo. Loads of pockets etc. Do you have favourite items of clothing or items you always take caching with you for good luck? Yes I take "my lucky GPSr" etc with me as well!!!! Non - geocaching items that assist in the game only please. Oss! Edited January 5, 2006 by Sensei TSKC Quote Link to comment
+Mr Nibbler
My "lucky caching hat" (a Tilley). Mrs N hates it so much she bought me a leather Jacaroo for Christmas which is now great as my "lucky inclement weather caching hat" but the Tilley will make a return in the summer, I have no doubt. To be fair I do look a bit of a wally with it on, so she may have a point. Quote Link to comment

+Mr Nibbler
The lucky caching hat in your pic? Got a nice smile (so Mrs N told me - I was on the scent of a clue for a cache in Stamford at the time and oblivious to everything) from a young lass in a Jacaroo in Stamford on Monday - looked much better on her than it did on me, that much I did see! It's one of the broad-brimmed variety so is equally good at keeping the rain out in winter! I wouldn't call it 'lucky' though as my frequency of DNFs testify!! +marknhelen
Does my lucky superman pants count. ? Quote Link to comment
+Mr Nibbler
Superman pants? - check out The Amazing Spider Man's gallery, my number one son. He may not have done many (although he has a few unlogged) but he's up for lucky caching gear. Edited January 5, 2006 by Mr Nibbler Quote Link to comment
+purple_pineapple
I too have a lucky hat! Being of less experienced years, its a baseball cap, but is warn normally, and is useful for keeping the rain of my glasses. It also now has a geocaching logo attached to it, which is useful when bumping into othercachers in the field! (as we did for the first time last weekend!) Dave Quote Link to comment
+daytribe
I bought one of those official Geocaching baseball caps about 2 months after starting Geocaching. I wear this when out caching (in fact most of the time now). I keep hoping another cacher will stop me in the street and say Hello. It did happen once in Scotland when I was stopped by HighlandNick. Nice chap. My lucky item is my caching bag/rucksack (it's one of those one shoulder jobs). Quote Link to comment

I mentioned this in my OP so I beat you to it. Non-geocaching aids allowed. Consider your arsed smacked but not too hard though. Quote Link to comment
+Alibags
The lucky caching hat in your pic? No, that's a silly knitted hat that I made when writing a knitting pattern for a friend of mine who had just learned to knit (and not purl). It's made from a straight bit of garter stitch. Still got that, you lucky people!!! My lucky caching hat was a nice leather broad brimmed hat, like yours I suspect, which was very handy for keeping the rain off (and when doing parts of the K&A series I kept my inkjet printed sheets under it to keep dry!! I always bring along my lucky green Fisher Space pen. Does that count? Oh yeah, and you are SAD Lester!! But we knew that. didn't we? Quote Link to comment
