Can't View My Profile

I'm getting a server application error when I try to view my own profile. Is anyone else having this problem?

Nope I can not see it either. Not the My Account Page or my Profile page.

 

Here is what the page says when I try to get there:

OK I can see everyone elses profiles, but not my own account.

I have opened an IE window and tried on the laptop using both FireFox and IE, no luck.

 

TPTB or any other helpful person please help.....

Can't get into my own profile.

I can't get to my account but I can get to my profile from another page. It makes it hard to request a PQ if you can't get there.

ok so I click on view profile for ParentsofSAM from an email of a cache I found and I can get there that way, but that is NOT the account page where i can do PQ's or check on my stuff.....I guess I just need to go to bed and everything will be ok in the morning, RIGHT, it will won't it!!!

Like others, I can't see the "My Account" page. But if you know the URL for the page you're trying to get to, you can still access other features. For example, to go to your pocket queries, the URL is http://www.geocaching.com/pocket/

I'm also having trouble viewing "My account". I can get my profile, but not my account. I'm going to get to my pocket queries the direct route (thanks for that info Keystone).

Whatever was causing it late last night, it seems to have cleared itself up. Perhaps the hamsters needed a good night's sleep.

 

Last night I got the dot net error page when I clicked on the "My Account" button from the main navigation menu on the GC.com homepage. All other pages seemed to be functioning normally.

Sure here is how it happened:

 

We can log in no problem and then from the home page we would click on our name in the upper right corner so it would take us to the "My Account" page that is when the error came up.

 

I do have the "My Account" page bookmarked and the error came that way also.

 

So then I tried to come to the forums and click "Change Avatar" in the hopes it would take me to the "My Account" page, but the error came up that way too.

 

I tried to get there for about 20 min. or so, and then went to bed and now all is well on the "My Account" page.

This is really odd. We just did a new release of code on the web site so it is possible it just needed to be kicked. At least it is working now. Thanks for your feedback.
