Absolutely! I reuse the back part of a used bubble envelope by making a small envelope to place the coin(s) into. This smaller envelope is then taped to the inside of the new bubble envelope. If the ends get cut or the outer package damaged, the coins are still safe in the small envelope.

I definitely re-use them and the cardboard USPS ones as well. I recycle all I can and would like to think that they are recycled again with the person I sent them to.

I used to reuse those priority mail envelope people would send me, but the lady the local PO didn't seem to like that. Even if I turned then inside out and stapled the edge back together. She said to just throw them in the trash B)

Now THAT is a really excellent idea!

I reuse the bubble envelops all the time for personal trades, but use new envelops for coin sales if shipping is included in the price. Just feel that if someone paid for an envelop, they ought to get a fresh one.

Envelops which I receive that have been reused a couple of times and are beginning to look worn I use as the primary wrapping for coins as described in a post above.

Recycling is good!
