+doctor scotland
does anyone know of any UK caches that require a bit of caving, other than the underworld series by wildebeast? i did 7 of the underworld series last week and have a taste for some more fun in the dark!! i'd also like to have a go at some requiring rope access - abseiling and such. any ideas? +lordelph
Not a cave, but very long, dark and wet disused railway tunnel forms Alpha Quest Y which I spent a good two hours in at the weekend with House of Boo and Zensunni! Great fun! Underworld looks good though... Quote Link to comment
+Snosrap
I think this will fit the bill for an abseiling cache. Quote Link to comment
+The Golem
I would contact Moote, I think this is his bag baby... Quote Link to comment
+Simply Paul
This one is in the far SW of Scotland. I wasn't in the best mood when visiting but it was still an interesting spot and a cool cave: Out on a limb by The Cave Troll. I loved Alpha Quest Y too, but it's not *very* cave-like. For something a bit more flippant, try my cache where some of the 'Six Chicks with Picks' caving film 'The Descent' was shot. No actual caves there though - the underground scenes were all filmed in a studio. Quote Link to comment
+Haggis Hunter
There is also A Walk in the Dark which is in Ayrshire. You just need to watch out for the huge spiders Quote Link to comment
+Kitty Hawk
There is also A Walk in the Dark which is in Ayrshire. You just need to watch out for the huge spiders If Shunter's log of 1/10 is anything to go by they are not all you have to look out for! Quote Link to comment
markandlynn
Jonah's Journey is another. Doing a search for Terrain 5 caches should narrow the field down I have most the uk's Difficulty 4 - 5 and Terrain 4-5 caches on this bookmark list. Quote Link to comment

Dave from Glanton
Not particularly extreme as caving goes, but a cracking subterranean cache nontheless.... Cateran Hole by Ribel. This is one of my favourites of the caches which I've done. Quote Link to comment
