+Flooded Tree
I misspelled something in the title.... is there any way to fix this? Quote Link to comment
+WeightMan
Call up the cache page. In the upper right corner are many more items than for caches you don't own. One of them is Edit This Listing. Click on that and change away. You can change almost anything except the cache type. Coordinates can only be changed within certain limits. Hope this helps. Edit to note that the cache has not yet been published so you can change anything at all. Edited December 11, 2005 by WeightMan Quote Link to comment

+Cardinal Red
Flooded Tree Posted on Dec 11 2005, 01:14 PM ah so I gotta wait till its posted till I can change my typo... No, that's not quite right. WeightMan was adding some extra FYI info and indicated that AFTER a cache is published the Cache Type can not be changed (by you) and you can only change the coordinates by a small amount. For substantial coordinate changes contact your approver. But then WeightMan determined that the cache had not been published yet. BEFORE the cache is published you can change ANYTHING on the cache page. No need to wait. Do it now. Quote Link to comment
+Flooded Tree
edit listing or edit attributes.... neither has an option to change the title name Quote Link to comment
Earthdog Patrick
clicking on "Edit Listing" will get you to your cache report page, and you can change your title. Quote Link to comment
+Flooded Tree
either my account is wacko or I am blind.... there is NO option to change a title on my edit listing page. Maybe it is because it has not been approved yet? Quote Link to comment

Maybe it is because it has not been approved yet? When you click "edit listing", you will see the "Editing Cache" page. The first three owner-settable things you should see on this page are: Cache type? Cache Size? Nickname The third one is the one you want to change. Maybe it is because it has not been approved yet? YES, there is. Go to your cache page. left click on the "edit listing" button, upper right hand of page. This should take you to a page called "Editing Cache: Your cache name" Third box down is labeled "nickname" That box has the text of your cache name. highlight that text. hit your delete button, text disappears. type in the new cache title. click on the button "Edit Listing" on the bottom right hand of page. New page opens telling you that your cache page has been edited. you are done. Quote Link to comment
