Clan Riffster
I conducted a search in this forum, as well as the Garmin forum mentioned by another cacher in a similar post, but I can't seem to find the answer to the one question that's most important to me; I'll be getting an Ique 3600 for Christmas. Thanx Viv! How's the GPSr reception/accuracy as compared to regular GPSr's? Quote Link to comment
+apersson850
It's about the same. There's a connector for an external antenna, if you have your iQue placed somewhere where using the internal antenna is difficult. Like under a car roof. Quote Link to comment
+Hynr
I concur with this assessment. I have an iQue 3600 that I use mostly in the car and attaching the Glisson external antenna (with the business end of that sitting on the dashboard near the glass) is an amazing sight to behold - many times the reception includes all possible sattelites. But when you use just its own antenna, it does as well as most other handheld GPSrs. Quote Link to comment
