+rojeel
I held an event in Oct. One of the attendees has just started geocaching. The whole focus of the event was to introduce new people to geocachig. He has logged his first finds recently, and I was wondering if there was a way to have him log the event. I archived the event in Nov. I don't know if it is a big deal to him or not, but I thought I would check before talking to him. Thanks Link to comment
+webscouter.
If he attended the event he can log the cache. The log your visit is still there. Link to comment

+rojeel
I know I can see the cache, but can it be found by him if it was archived? Minna Anthony Common Nature Center Gathering GCQNBG. Or can he search by the cache ID Number. I was watching some caches that were archived and once I removed them from the watchlist, I couldn't find them anymore. Thanks Link to comment
+webscouter.
As long as you give him the link for it he can see it and log it. You can see archived caches they just don't show up in searches. Link to comment
