+9Key Posted November 30, 2005 Posted November 30, 2005 Geez - I can't believe people are buying coins that don't even have a design. It truely *is* an addition, huh? Quote
+bikinibottomfeeders Posted November 30, 2005 Author Posted November 30, 2005 The coin does have a design I just didn't know how to put it down on paper or um computer. The coin is now paid for and the owner of the company told me that we might have artwork tonight. Depending on how much I like it I will post it on here. Thanx to all those who made this coin a reality! -bikinibottomfeeders Quote
+bikinibottomfeeders Posted December 1, 2005 Author Posted December 1, 2005 (edited) Here is the backside of the coin. The only change going to be mde here is where the #block goes. I told him to put it on the side but don't like the way it looks. The front side still needs pinching I mean tweeking! Edited December 1, 2005 by bikinibottomfeeders Quote
+GrandpaKim Posted December 1, 2005 Posted December 1, 2005 Email sent to purchase 1 silver and trade for 1 gold. Quote
+Team PEZ Posted December 1, 2005 Posted December 1, 2005 I hate to be the proverbial "stick in the mud", but do you have permission to use the likeness of SpongeBob? This could be a case of copyrights infrigements, and I would hate for you, the minter and Groundskeep to be liable. Just curious. -TP Quote

Just curious. -TP First, I am not selling this coin at a profit to myself Second, thats not spongebob but a spongy fellow that a friend drew for me... Thirdly, This coin has nothing to do with Groundspeak so in any case they wouldn't be responsible for anything. Thanx, bbf Quote
+Team PEZ Posted December 1, 2005 Posted December 1, 2005 (edited) @ bbf didnt mean to get you all riled up. i was just looking out for your safety. and honestly, the drawing is an awful close resemblence to the real spongebob, if its not the real thing to begin with. but hey - im a school teacher, not a lawyer. -TP Edited December 1, 2005 by Team PEZ Quote

If someone was watching out for me like he did, I would not feel hurt or anything. In fact, I'd be very thankful for pointing it out to me. Beats getting legal papers sent through the mail. Quote
+bikinibottomfeeders Posted December 1, 2005 Author Posted December 1, 2005 just so everyone knows i wasn't upset I was simply answering pez's points. If i were talking to him in person I would have sounded like a nice little boy! sorry about the confusion -bbf Quote

+bikinibottomfeeders Posted December 8, 2005 Author Posted December 8, 2005 (edited) when it is put in caches it likely to be really hard caches or caches with VERY long hikes. In other words something that a kid is not likely to find. Edited December 8, 2005 by bikinibottomfeeders Quote

YemonYime Posted December 9, 2005 Posted December 9, 2005 I hate to butt in, or sound cheeky, but I seem to have been a little behind on ordering this one. It appears that I'm at the rear of the list, so if you would happen to have any sympathy for those on the backside of this list, or if anyone happens to pass up on their opportunity to purchase this coin with such an attractive posterior side, I'd be very appreciative. This coin will make fine booty when found in a cache! I certainly don't mean to bump anyone out or trump anybody else's place in line...just one would be great (if possible). I don't need a bunch and I'd hate to pay retail. Yime Quote
