Moran4
Visiting Disney World this week and wondered if there were any caches in any of the parks. Trying to combine two of my favorite things, vacation and geocaching. Quote Link to comment
PCFrog
Visiting Disney World this week and wondered if there were any caches in any of the parks. Trying to combine two of my favorite things, vacation and geocaching. Would that not be against the rules of an establishment charging to let people cache? Quote Link to comment
magellan315
Disney World pulled all the physical caches off their property, there are virtuals and if you have a car there are plenty of cache in the area. Disney Caches Quote Link to comment
+blackjack65
There is, however, a physical cache in Disneyland Paris Quote Link to comment
+Medic005
I'm leaving on Friday to goto Disney World for a week, plan on grabbing the vitruals while I'm there and maybe some of the nearby caches. Quote Link to comment
Moran4
Thanks. Still new to this, where on the website do I find a list of the virtuals? Quote Link to comment
+sept1c_tank
There was an incident involving a cache at Disney World. As I recall, the cache container was a toy cell phone customized to hold a log. I think the entire park was shut down when they discovered it and sent in the bomb squad and their robot to examine the phone which was magnetically attached under a set of stairs. magellan315
I think that was Disney Land, Anahiem, CA Quote Link to comment
+Team Perks
I think that was Disney Land, Anahiem, CA Yep. Link to the cache in question... Quote Link to comment
+Isonzo Karst
Moran 4, there's no place to find a list of all the virtuals. They'll be listed with all the other caches if you do a "nearest" search. There are a lot of caches in Orlando. The International Drive area has many. Try 28° 23.260 W 081° 33.510, which is in Epcot and get a list of caches in the area. Big Foot is on International Drive. You could use it as the center of a search there. +CraigInCT
I thought I read a post in here that Disney has people check gc.com for placements, so they can remove them. Quote Link to comment
Moran4
Thanks again for the information. I got all the virtual listings I could find and I'm on my way! Quote Link to comment

+Enspyer
Thanks. Still new to this, where on the website do I find a list of the virtuals? You won't find a list; it would be way too long. You find virtuals mixed in the with the other regular caches by searching from coords or a zip code or something. They'll be on the list with everything else. Quote Link to comment
