+Tsegi Mike and Desert Viking
I saw this waymark for Rawhide Penny Smasher and wanted to post a "needs to be archived" note. (Rawhide closed its doors and is moving 30 plus miles away. The penny smasher is no longer there.) The best I could do was post a note. Can we have a "this waymark needs to be archived" option when we post a log? Something that will go to the waymark owner and category manager? Link to comment
+Marky
I totally agree that there needs to be a "needs (to be) archived" log type and a "archived" and probably "disabled" log type as well. It's funny, I recall there being an archived log type before but it's not there now. --Marky Link to comment
+Marky
Oh, wait, now I remember, you can edit the waymark and there is an archived checkbox at the bottom. Still, it seems like there should be a "needs archived" log type... And there should probably be a 'disabled' checkbox on the waymark page. --Marky Link to comment
+Marky
Interesting, as the Category owner, I can now archive log entries on waymarks that are in my category. There is a link to approve/deny waymarks after they have been approved now. There is not, however, a way for me to archive a waymark in my category (or at least, I don't see a way). Shouldn't I be able to do that? --Marky Link to comment

A denied waymark is removed from the directory but can be resubmitted by the owner for re-approval at a later date (like when he's fixed whatever the problem was). Link to comment
+Tsegi Mike and Desert Viking
The waymark is not one of mine. It is a waymark that I happen to know no longer exists. I cannot archive it. I just wanted to let someone know that. For that reason a "needs to be archived" note would be helpful. Link to comment
