+RobRee
when you hear the beep or see the flash... press enter. see if you get past that point. topo does that to mine sometimes. is your GPSr software updated to 5.xx?? Quote Link to comment
+BubbleHeadJeeper
it worked. what the hell was that? i started freaking cause i spent all that money on direct route and i thought it trashed my reciever. thanks robree, i owe you a dollar i just figured it out. it's the power key protect from the setup menu. with protection enabled you have to press enter after pressing power. i guess it does that for startup too. +BubbleHeadJeeper
anybody know how i can load waypoints to my sd card in my gpsr, such as over 500 because my gps can only support that many. Edited November 17, 2005 by beefiness Quote Link to comment
+TotemLake
You can only load a maximum of 500 waypoints in any one set that you have saved. You can keep multiple sets of upto 500 waypoints each on the SD card. I don't know for sure, but I imagine Direct Route would be able to load to an SD card via card reader. Otherwise with the SD card installed, upload 500 waypoints, save them, then upload the next 500, etc. Edited November 17, 2005 by TotemLake Quote Link to comment
