Another Dam Proposal

I didn't see any proposals for a Dam category (under things->structures would be a good place for it). If there is already a proposal, then this is my vote for it.

Releated to this, are the exisiting locationless "caches" being taken over or when does the period for this end? I just ask this there is an existing locationless cache I think for dams which could be taken over.

For sub-category I listed 'Dams' for my...

.....Power Producing Stations.... as well as windmills and fossil plants etc. "Dams" of course could also be listed as a separate category and cross-referenced.
