The waypoints would require logging verification involving a photo of the marker and a GPS. For example Australia and New Zealand have trig points which the same or pretty much the same. I suspect these are similiar to the UK trig points. Frequently established for surveying or aerial navigation purposes. Does that sound right? I don't know what benchmarks are so can't comment on those. Regards Andrew Link to comment
