+Prairiepartners
I recently placed a geocoin to be taken by next finder on top of Cold Mountain in North Carolina in a cache a few weeks ago. That will be a 10 mile round trip hike for the finder of that coin. Let's see how long that one stays there. Edited October 29, 2005 by Prairiepartners Quote Link to comment
+Big JohnP
Well, in my case, a regular geocoin, I will go out of my way to pick one up. A special Geocoin, I will climb a mountain if I have to. For a Moun10bike, no such thing around Montreal , so I will have to take a trip to the West Coast or something . Guess that will be the only way to get to touch one, for me. Quote Link to comment
+Chaos A.D./aka Arlsdaddy
Time to decipher puzzle cache: Approx. 3 days at 2 hours a day 6 hours) Gas: $125.00 (At these current prices!) Trade items: $20 worth or so Miles: 60 (4 trips at 15 miles round trip) Geocoin? Geocoin? Geocoin? Geocoin gone, free oil change at Hertz certificate. (Crap!) Quote Link to comment
+Cav Scout
I have a geocoin on a small mountain in Alaska that is a 16 mile round trip. Chena Dome Cache (GCGPY0). Moose and brown bears are part of the trip as well . I recommend a 44 magnum or a 12 guage shot gun with big game slugs to take with you on the hike . Impossible to make in the winter.
