+sTeamTraen
Is it only me who sees a geocaching reference or opportunity every five minutes in this series (which is to say, one every third advert break ) ? Quote Link to comment
+third-degree-witch
Me likes 'Lost' Quote Link to comment
+House Of Boo
Im currently on Episode 5 season 2 and have a busy head full of ideas about where the story may go/lead! Quote Link to comment
+Jaz666
If you type in Hurley's numbers into Google Maps, it shows a tiny island in the middle of the ocean Quote Link to comment
+Dangermouse 1968
Was watching it but got bored. Thought it was a great idea and even inspired me to read "Lord of the Flies" (which is equally as bad). Could n't do with all the adverts but when there is very little happening in between them then that's not good. Sorry, I guess this won't be a popular reply. p.s. I could not get into Deperate Housewives either!!! Quote Link to comment

I could not get into Deperate Housewives either!!! Don't worry, I agree, the scene in the first episode of series 1 where the bloke got sucked into the plane engine on the beach kind of sealed the cheesiness for me!! As for Desperate housewives, not my cup of tea either!! Quote Link to comment
+Simply Paul
I like desperate housewives, athough I've never seen a programme about them. SP Quote Link to comment

+Learned Gerbil
re Lost - I have enjoyed it (first US TV drama I can say that about since X-Files I think) but Gerbi lQueen sat down to watch the opening with me, saw the cliched characters on the beach, said "Where is the nun?" and has had no interest since. To me, it somehow transends crap US TV drama. Quote Link to comment
+sTeamTraen
I like desperate housewives, athough I've never seen a programme about them. I thought you got paid to watch them. With the pool boy, remember ? Quote Link to comment
+HazelS
TOTALLY addicted to Lost... Absolutely love it!!!! Quote Link to comment
+Haggis Hunter
So far I have watched all of the episodes aired here. Although I am enjoying it, it does lack consistency Quote Link to comment
+sTeamTraen
We've only got as far as what's currently on C4 (no spoilers please from people who somehow have access to series 2). At the moment we're trying to work out how they're going to open the hatch. My bet is on a crowbar cunningly hidden under a nearby pile of parallel sticks. Quote Link to comment
+Roving Rangies
Thats because they are still laying down the story about each person. For addicts of lost, go to Lost website, do not be tempted to see the film clips of whats comming up, not unless , like me you really want to know. Remember what you have seen. The one shown on Wednesday late, is to be aired on Sunday. Watch what magazine the boy was reading, look out for the animal in the picture, why THAT magazine? Every showing has really to be watched 3 times to digest what you have seen. (or missed) There are lots of refence to caching, the latest was when they laid the 3 triangles on top of each other. Honest, you may think the UK is hooked, you really ought to try the USA for answers. Viv Roving Rangies Edited October 28, 2005 by Roving Rangies Quote Link to comment
+Molinnis
Brilliant series!!! Like House of Boo I have just started series two and it just gets better and better. To those still looking at the closed hatch in series 1, The best is yet to come. Quote Link to comment
+kewfriend
What puzzles me is that on this airplane there was everything - including a prismatic compass, a guitar that fell from 30000 feet and survived - enough drugs to stock a hospital ( or to get you into hospital ) - a dog who seems to reappear every third episode ever fatter - and presumably a fully serviced launderette - but no GPS Quote Link to comment
+dyankee1995
The dog keeps getting fatter, yeah.... But has anyone noticed that Hurley hasn't lost any weight yet. What can he possibly be eating to keep up his physique? Quote Link to comment
+sTeamTraen
and presumably a fully serviced launderette - And a very well-stocked make-up salon and hairdresser Quote Link to comment

Team 'James W'
WARNING! This is on-topic (ish!) but if you're into LOST and haven't seen anything of the second series, this may turn into a bit of a spoiler for you!! Sorry to bounce this but I think this is on topic.... Been wasting too much time this evening scrolling through all the Lost forums, and the 8 or so 'fake' websites that are just as much a mystery as the programme eg. http://www.oceanicworldair.com/... ...Anyway, one of the boards here posted an image that was briefly available on one of the Lost websites called hansofoundation.org - This site is based after http://www.thehansofoundation.org/, one of these 'fake' websites and affiliated to http://thedharmainitiative.org/login.html and http://thedharmainitiative.org/... Right, obviously this isn't a LOST forum and don't worry about the above too much.. BUT Does anybody recognise something in the bottom left corner of the picture?? Check this picture out! +Stuey
Does anybody recognise something in the bottom left corner of the picture?? Check this picture out! You can see the number too.... but it hasn't been activated yet! Good spot! Quote Link to comment
Team 'James W'
I think the picture might be a 'fake' if you know what I mean (i.e. Not one of the official easter eggs/hints from the production company as per the websites I gave links to) ..but it does mean the faker is a Geocacher?? ..or is the whole plot really based around some elaborate cache event?? I am thinking that that pic would make an ace 'Lost'-based puzzle cache though! Quote Link to comment
+sTeamTraen
I think there are three TB tags in that picture... Quote Link to comment
+dino-irl
Possibly 4 if you look really carefully? Quote Link to comment
+The_Sentinel_
I tried to watch an episode after someone at work recommended it but couldn't sit through it. 15 minutes was enough for me. Quote Link to comment
+busybea
Can't wait for Wednesday! Its the only thing I'm watching, (oh except for the space cadets that I'm still trying to work out who the stupid ones are - the ones in the show or me for watching all these actors ) Quote Link to comment
