mudhuggers
I mean the very first Geocache ever? I read the "how geocaching got started...in Portland, Oregon" But where is/was #1? Quote Link to comment
+Markwell
GC92 is placed at the same location as the original cache, and there's another cache that's a plaque about 73 feet from the spot. Quote Link to comment
+sept1c_tank
Hmmm...73 feet, you say? Hmmm. Quote Link to comment
+Moose Mob
GC92 is placed at the same location as the original cache, and there's another cache that's a plaque about 73 feet from the spot. Hmm.. this is opposite of what I understand. The plaque is at the original spot and the otrher cache is a terrain 2 - 2.5 hill climb from it. The 73 feet is only the horizointal component of the distance. Edited October 26, 2005 by Moose Mob Quote Link to comment
+bitbrain
Yep. Plaque is placed at the spot of the original cache. Unoriginal Cache is up the hill, but easy to reach if you stay out of the pokey bushes. I made the climb up twice 'cause I left my GPS sitting beside the Unoriginal... Quote Link to comment
