+Go JayBee
In the frenzy to get all yours trades sent, its easy to forget that there is someone on the other end anxiously awaiting that padded envelope stuffed with shiny new coins. Or wondering if you ever got theirs. My do's & don'ts are: 1. DO send a courtesy email when you "receive" the trade. 2. DO send a an email when you have shipped the trade. 3. DON'T ignore #1 & #2....... Quote Link to comment
+Ladycacher
I went to my email and added a folder that says "Future Trades" and one that says "Geocache". In my Geocache folder I hold all my reciepts and done trades (done as in I am waiting for there's but I have sent mine). In future trades I put trades that either I am waiting for a coin to come in here, or waiting for their come to come in there. I have another method also, but these are the effcient enough to get the job done. I don't trade much anymore because I have almost everything. I am lacking HARD to get coins such as Jonny Lacy, MIGO seasons, etc. Quote Link to comment
+Team LightningBugs
If you make the padded envelope at least 3/4 of an inch thick (not hard to do with a couple extra layers of bubbles), then delivery confirmation can be added for only 55 cents. Then I try to remember to email that number after I send the package. USPS tracking isn't as detailed as UPS, but it's something. Quote Link to comment
