The Tower is the Leipzig Event Geocoin.

It's the Leipzig Event Geocoin and it shows the Völkerschlachtdenkmal (Monument to the Battle of the Nations) in Leipzig. The Battle of Leipzig or Battle of the Nations, on 16–19 October 1813, was fought by the coalition armies of Russia, Prussia, Austria and Sweden against the French army of Napoleon at Leipzig, Saxony.

I have this coin, with a number that seems a tracking number, a combination of four numbers and letters with the prefix 2H (Two Happy Hickers).

Maybe were trackable long ago on another web, before the implementation of tracking in Geocaching?
